Energy Boost-Bar

A great combination of proteins and carbs for a quick energy boost or pre-workout hit

Ingredients

1 cup of peanut butter
2 tb of ground flaxmeal
4 scoops of "Only What You Need" protein powder (or 2/3cup of your favorite plant based protein powder)
1/2 cup honey* (you can sub with maple syrup to keep it truly plant based if you'd like)
1 cup oats
2 scoops "Amazing Greens Green Super Food - Chocolate Flavor" powder (or again you can use your favorite greens powder at 2tbs or even leave it out if you'd like)

How To:

PREP:

Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and using your hands mix them well together.

Once well mixed and integrated spread the mixture out across a container to refridgerate.

Refridgerate for an hour or so.

Pull the boost out and cut into pieces that fit your needs.

Thoughts:
Sometimes we make balls out of them, sometimes squares/bars.  We have found that making bars/squares keeps us from eating them all in one setting.
